2023 Competition Paperwork

Competing for Miss Seattle requires a little bit of paperwork. If you get started early, you should have plenty of time to get these documents together!

PAPERWORK DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 6, 2023 @ 8:00PM

​

All paperwork must be completed and in Ross's hands by this deadline.

 

Option 1: Mail Paperwork

You can mail the paperwork to Ross at:

Option 2: Hand Deliver to Ross @ Home

​

You can also make arrangements to hand deliver your paperwork to Ross at home. You must schedule a time with Ross to ensure he will be home to receive your paperwork packet. Appointments generally can be scheduled on weekends or after 5:00PM on most weekdays.

Option 3: Hand Deliver to Ross @ Work

​

Ross is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00AM until 3:00PM. His office is in South Lake Union and is located at:

When you arrive to the building, climb the stairs to the 2nd floor and let the Amazon reception desk know that you are there to meet with me. It is HIGHLY recommended that you schedule a time in advance. (If I am in a meeting, I will not be able to meet you, but you can leave the packet with reception and I'll collect it from them. If I'm not in a meeting, I will come down and collect the packet from you.)

 

To successfully submit your paperwork packet, please follow these tips:

  • Utilize the checklist to make sure you are including everything.

  • Get a large manila mailing envelope.

  • Do not fold any documents.

  • Place all documents in the correct order.

  • Do not staple, paperclip, or hole-punch any of the documents.

  • Choose an appropriate head-shot photo and have a photo service print the image. (CVS, Costco, etc.) You can keep the photos in the photo-envelope from the store to protect them from scratches or creases.

  • Do not separate documents with plastic protective sheets, dividers, blank pages, etc.

  9. Social impact initiative essay (9 Copies)

  10. 5x7 color headshot photograph in portrait orientation (9 copies)

  11. Production information form

  12. Accompaniment music attached to production information form or e-mailed to MissSeattle.Producer@gmail.com

  13. (TEEN) $100 entry fee payable to Seattle Scholarship Organization
    OR
    (MISS) Complete the Competition Registration required by Miss America Organization
